I know it is BIG saturday which is usually my cheat day but don't forget to start today. Create a log in and let's get it. šBreakfast for the kid... I had some nuts with a shot of ashwagandha.

I started my fast yesterday afternoon. So I have been surviving on water and word. I will have a protein shake before bed.
